At BLK Wear Matter, every item is made to order — printed, embroidered, and created specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your order meets the criteria listed below.
You may request a refund or replacement within 10 days of receiving your order, if one or more of the following issues apply:
The product was damaged upon delivery
The print quality is blurry, faded, or clearly defective
The material is significantly different from what is described on our website
The item has the wrong design or size compared to what you ordered
Note: We do not accept refund/replacement requests for sizing issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

In your email, include:
Your full name and order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product showing the defect or damage
If applicable, a photo of the outer packaging (especially if it arrived damaged)
Submit your request within 10 days of receiving your order.
Our customer support team will review your case and respond within 2 business days.
If your request is approved, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost, or a full or partial refund, depending on the issue.
In some cases, we may request a return of the item. If so, we will cover return shipping costs.
Requests submitted after the 10-day window or without proper documentation may be declined.
