At BLK Wear Matter, every item is made to order with care and cultural intention. Because of this, shipping includes two phases: processing (production prep) and delivery.
After you place an order, we allow a 24-hour processing window before moving your item into production. This allows time for file preparation, order review, and — if needed — cancellation (see our Cancellation Policy).
Standard, Fast, and Express shipping orders:
Begin production after 24 hours of order placement
Priority Shipping orders:
Enter production immediately and cannot be canceled or modified
Once production begins, it typically takes 7–10 business days to complete your item before shipping.
Delivery time starts after production is complete.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or local holidays.
We ship worldwide. Customs fees, import duties, or taxes (if applicable in your country) are the customer’s responsibility.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
If you haven’t received shipping info after 15 days, please contact us at support@blkwearmatter.com.
Orders placed with Priority Shipping are processed and produced immediately, and cannot be canceled
For all other orders, you may request cancellation within the first 24 hours
