Shipping Policy

At BLK Wear Matter, every item is made to order with care and cultural intention. Because of this, shipping includes two phases: processing (production prep) and delivery.

🛠 1. Order Processing & Production Time

After you place an order, we allow a 24-hour processing window before moving your item into production. This allows time for file preparation, order review, and — if needed — cancellation (see our Cancellation Policy).

  • Standard, Fast, and Express shipping orders:
    Begin production after 24 hours of order placement

  • Priority Shipping orders:
    Enter production immediately and cannot be canceled or modified

Once production begins, it typically takes 7–10 business days to complete your item before shipping.

🚚 2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

Delivery time starts after production is complete.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or local holidays.

🌍 International Orders

We ship worldwide. Customs fees, import duties, or taxes (if applicable in your country) are the customer’s responsibility.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
If you haven’t received shipping info after 15 days, please contact us at support@blkwearmatter.com.

❗ Important Notes

  • Orders placed with Priority Shipping are processed and produced immediately, and cannot be canceled

  • For all other orders, you may request cancellation within the first 24 hours

  • BLK Wear Matter is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues
